01

Eligibility and electronic agreement

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll. Anyone under 18 needs a separate written agreement signed by a parent or legal guardian before coaching begins. Your checked consent box, submitted full name, acceptance timestamp, and agreement version form your electronic signature and record of consent.

02

What coaching includes

BC Online Coaching provides remote fitness programming, exercise instruction, accountability, habit support, general nutrition education, check-ins, and program adjustments. The exact schedule and methods may change to fit your goals, progress, availability, injuries, equipment, and coach judgment.

Brayden Corcoran is NASM certified. Coaching is educational and fitness-focused; it is not medical care, physical therapy, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or treatment of disease.

03

Medical clearance and safety

You are responsible for deciding whether you are medically able to exercise. Before beginning, seek clearance from a licensed healthcare professional if you are pregnant, have a known condition or injury, take medication that may affect exercise, have been inactive, or have any concern about your ability to train safely.

Stop immediately and seek appropriate medical help if you experience chest pain, faintness, severe shortness of breath, unusual dizziness, sudden weakness, or sharp or worsening pain. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency service. Do not rely on the portal or coach messaging for urgent care.

04

Assumption of exercise risk

Exercise, strength training, conditioning, stretching, and nutrition changes involve inherent risks, including falls, strains, sprains, equipment failure, illness, aggravation of an existing condition, serious injury, and—rarely—death. You voluntarily choose to participate and knowingly assume these inherent risks.

You are responsible for safe surroundings, suitable equipment, proper setup, controlled technique, appropriate effort, hydration, recovery, and immediately reporting injuries or material health changes. Never perform an exercise you believe is unsafe.

05

Nutrition scope

Nutrition information is general education and habit guidance, not medical nutrition therapy or a substitute for advice from a physician or registered dietitian. You must disclose relevant allergies and restrictions and remain responsible for food choices. Do not change prescribed medication or treatment based on coaching content.

06

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, disclose relevant limitations, use the program only for yourself, follow reasonable safety instructions, communicate honestly during check-ins, and ask when something is unclear. You remain in control of every decision to train, modify, or stop. Missed sessions, incomplete check-ins, inaccurate information, and failure to follow the plan can affect progress and coaching decisions.

07

No guaranteed results

No specific outcome, timeline, amount of weight change, strength gain, body composition, appearance, or health benefit is promised. Results vary based on effort, consistency, nutrition, sleep, stress, genetics, health, attendance, communication, and circumstances outside the coach's control. Before-and-after images and personal stories show individual experiences, not typical or guaranteed outcomes.

08

Price and recurring billing

Online coaching is $200 per month. By completing Stripe checkout, you authorize the payment method selected at checkout to be charged every month until canceled. Stripe will display the billing date and payment details before purchase. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and reviewing receipts.

09

Cancellation and refund policy

You may cancel future renewals at any time through the cancellation request inside your client portal or by replying in writing to your onboarding email. Submit the request at least 48 hours before the next billing date when possible. Access and coaching continue through the end of the paid period, and no additional renewal should be charged after cancellation is processed.

Because coaching time, portal access, and programming are reserved monthly, payments are non-refundable once a paid service period begins, including for unused workouts, missed calls or check-ins, inactivity, or early departure. Exceptions apply where required by law and for duplicate or erroneous charges. If a renewal is charged after a timely cancellation request solely because BC Online Coaching did not process it, that renewal will be refunded.

10

Scheduling, communication, and access

Calls and response times depend on availability and the coaching schedule. Missed sessions may not be carried forward. BC Online Coaching may pause or end service for nonpayment, abusive conduct, unsafe behavior, misuse of the portal, or a situation outside the coach's qualifications. If BC Online Coaching ends a paid month without cause and does not provide the remaining service, an appropriate prorated refund may be issued.

11

Release and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release BC Online Coaching, Brayden Corcoran, and their contractors from claims arising from the inherent risks of exercise, your voluntary participation, inaccurate or omitted information, unsafe surroundings or equipment, or failure to follow instructions. This section does not waive liability that cannot legally be waived, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, reckless or willful misconduct, or violations of law.

12

Program ownership and portal use

Programs, written guidance, videos, templates, branding, and portal materials are for your personal use only. Do not share access codes, copy, resell, publish, or distribute coaching materials without written permission. Keep your login information private and report suspected unauthorized access.

13

Privacy and communications

BC Online Coaching collects the application, contact details, fitness goals, relevant limitations, check-ins, program activity, and account records needed to evaluate applications and deliver coaching. Essential session cookies keep the portal signed in. Payment information is handled by Stripe under Stripe's own terms and privacy practices; BC Online Coaching does not receive your full card number.

Your information is not sold. It may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the site, payments, communications, or comply with law. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system is risk-free. Do not upload full medical records or highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for fitness coaching.

By applying, you agree to receive service-related emails about your application, payment, access, program, and account. You may request correction or deletion of information, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, payment, and recordkeeping obligations, by replying to your onboarding email.

14

Changes and severability

Future changes apply prospectively after the updated version is posted. Material changes may require renewed consent. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent allowed by law. This agreement is the complete online agreement for the subjects it covers unless both sides sign a later written agreement.

Questions about this agreement or your account? Reply to your onboarding email. Active clients can submit cancellation requests directly inside the private portal.
